Jackie Moore
Co-Founder
Jackie enjoyed an illustrious career of 57 years with MLB / MiLB as a player and coach. His career has been filled with exceptional success as well as memorable moments, including winning two American League pennants with the Texas Rangers and sweeping the Oakland A’s in the 1990 World Series as the bench coach for the Cincinnati Reds.
Tanner Scheppers
Co-Founder / Partnerships
Tanner was the 1st round pick in the 2009 MLB Draft and spent 10 years in professional baseball. He is the founder and executive director of Collective MVMT, a health and wellness brand with a studio offering differentiated group fitness classes. Tanner has recently transitioned from retirement to youth development through training & mentorship. His passion for youth development & growing the game of baseball is what helped create the vision of 4sports.
Jay Miller
Strategy & Business Development
Jay spent 40+ years as a baseball operations executive in major league and minor league baseball. He served more than a decade with the Round Rock Express as inaugural General Manager, Team President, and COO of Ryan Sanders Baseball. Between two stints in Round Rock, Miller served four years with the Texas Rangers as Executive Vice President focused on customer service. Throughout his career, Jay has received a variety of awards and his teams have set numerous attendance records. In 2005, Miller was awarded Baseball America Executive of the Year after breaking the Texas League attendance record for the fourth consecutive season. Additionally, Jay has assisted in the opening of six new stadiums, with the most recent being the new Riverfront Stadium, Double-A affiliate to the Minnesota Twins, in Wichita, Kansas.
Johnathon Moore
Co-Founder / Business Development
Johnathon graduated from Houston Baptist University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. He spent two years playing baseball for the Huskies before being drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 2010 MLB Draft. For the past 10 years, Johnathon has been submerged in select baseball by serving as coach & private instructor.
4sports was created by friends rooted in professional baseball, with the idea to create a new opportunity for youth sports derived from their experiences. Our mission to disrupt the industry couldn’t be fulfilled without our innovative team of experts across multiple fields. The unique skillset of our creatives, web developers, and entertainment personnel is what sets us apart and has allowed us to create a brand with extraordinary capabilities for our journey in youth sports.
